Shanaya Resort Malang

The resort is located in a tranquil and private setting surrounded by serene surroundings. the shuttle service is helpful as the rooms are quite far from the front desk. With comfortable rooms, beautiful views, and delicious breakfast, the Shanaya Resort is a great option for budget travelers. Guests can enjoy amenities like a pool and garden, while the rooms come with comfortable bedding, hot showers, and air conditioning.

The resort needs some further improvements like better bathroom support tools, a better drainage system, and better room amenities. Nonetheless, staffs were helpful and welcoming throughout the stay.

I had a great stay at this resort! The surroundings were serene and beautiful, making it feel like I was on a private island. The shuttle service was very helpful, especially since my room was quite far from the front desk. The staff were really good and made me feel welcomed. Breakfast had a good variety and was tasty.

Had a fantastic Easter getaway! loved how luxurious the rooms were, feeling like royalty with the fantastic decor and bedding. The amenities were awesome, with plenty to keep you entertained all day long - we especially loved the pool and the tennis courts. Location was prime, with breathtaking views to wake up to every morning. We loved how close we were to local attractions, making it easy to fill our days.

The cleanliness felt lacking, especially in the bathrooms, which were subpar at best. The drains seemed to clog easily, which led to a less than desirable stench.

Spent a lovely Christmas at this resort. Loved the secluded and private island feeling and the beautiful surroundings. the shuttle service to and from the rooms was much appreciated, given the distance. the resort offered great vibes and relaxation. Really enjoyed the comfort offered by the rooms and the great location for exploring the nearby amenities.

There were some aspects that need improvement. the bathrooms lacked some basic amenities such as hangers and sandals.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location near the river provided a beautiful and peaceful atmosphere. The room amenities, such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a sitting area, made my stay even more comfortable. The staff went above and beyond with their excellent service, including room service and housekeeping. I also appreciated the free shuttle service, which made getting around the hotel a breeze.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.
